The downstairs living room provides easy access to the two spacious decks and accompanying natural views. Guests can then step back inside and retire in an armchair or one of the two plush sofas – play some board games with the kids, or take in some entertainment thanks to the flat-screen cable TV and WiFi.
Guests looking to duck away from the larger group for some private relaxation can enjoy the quiet study next to the living room or go upstairs to the nook with a couch, TV, and DVD/VCR player.
During the cool, wet winter months you can watch the big waves, build a fire in the fireplace insert and cozy up with a good book. There are heaters in every room so you can stay warm throughout the house. If you want to venture outside, you can soak in a hot tub, feel the sea breeze on your face all while watching the waves crash on Gull Rock.
Back downstairs is a dining table (for 8 with leaves) and three more seats at the breakfast bar nearby. In addition to the gas grill out on the deck, you have access to a fully equipped kitchen, boasting beautiful tile counter tops and back splash, a full selection of basic appliances, and extras like a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze.
Four bedrooms and two baths provide accommodations for up to eight guests (and two lucky dogs.) Upstairs, two bedrooms each offer queen-size beds, with a 3/4 bathroom accessible across the hall.
Downstairs is a room with a twin bed and a twin trundle, along with toys, a washer/dryer, and easy access to a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom just off the living room (the study) is curtained off for privacy and has a comfortable pull out queen bed, rocking chair, desk and an amazing view of Gull Rock.
